Membership

Membership grants access to the NIVO Club and the associated facilities and services within the selected membership model. Access is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

Digital Access

Access to the club is managed digitally through the NIVO app and requires an active user account and a valid membership.

Use of the Club

Members are expected to use the training areas, equipment and digital systems carefully, respectfully and in accordance with the club rules.

Payments and Terms

The selected membership term, payment method and conditions apply as agreed during the online registration process.

Cancellation and Pausing

Cancellation and membership pause options depend on the selected membership model and the conditions agreed during registration.
