FAQ

Understanding NIVO

What is NIVO Fitness?

NIVO Fitness is a premium smart fitness club for people who want to train effectively without the atmosphere of a typical gym.

The focus is on strength training, clear structures, modern training options and a calm, high-quality environment where you can concentrate fully on yourself.

It is not about spending as much time as possible in the club. It is about integrating training into everyday life in a simple, pleasant and effective way.

Why is NIVO not a classic gym?

NIVO is deliberately different from a classic gym.

There is no loud gym culture, no overcrowded training floor, no harsh light and no anonymous atmosphere. NIVO is calmer, clearer and more refined.

The club is designed for people who want to train because they want to feel stronger, healthier and better - without show, pressure or distraction.

Who is NIVO made for?

NIVO is made for people who see training as an important part of life, or who want to bring it back into their life, but do not want to train in a classic gym.

It suits professionals, self-employed people, people with little time, returners, health-conscious women and men, and people from 40, 50 or 60 onward who want to maintain or improve strength, mobility and performance.

The decisive point is not how athletic someone is at the beginning, but whether they are ready to give their body regular attention again.

Why is the atmosphere so calm and focused?

The atmosphere at NIVO is deliberately calm and premium because good training needs concentration.

Light, colours, materials, music, room layout and the limited number of people training are aligned to create a high-quality training feeling.

Less distraction means more focus. More focus means better awareness, cleaner movement and more conscious training.

Training & Support

How does training at NIVO work?

Training at NIVO is clear, premium and individually structured. At the centre is structured strength training on modern premium equipment, complemented by free weights, functional training, cardio and mobility.

You start with a Personal Setup. Goals, training experience, physical requirements and the right training plan are discussed so your training has a clear direction from the beginning.

Do I need training experience?

No. You do not need extensive training experience. What matters is not how much you already know, but that you are ready to start in a structured way.

The Personal Setup gives you a professional introduction, explains the most important processes and provides a plan that suits your current level.

Is NIVO suitable if I have not trained for a long time?

Yes. Especially if you have not trained for a long time, NIVO can be a very good way back in.

The focus is not on maximum performance at the start. It is about getting moving again, building trust in your body and developing regularity step by step.

How often should I train to feel progress?

For many people, two training sessions per week are already a very good start.

What matters most is regularity. Strength, body awareness and performance develop through repetition, good dosage and continuity.

How long does a training session take?

Depending on your goal, plan and daily form, a training session at NIVO usually takes around 45 to 60 minutes.

NIVO is not designed for you to spend as much time as possible in the club. It is designed so the time you invest is used well.

Getting Started

How do I start at NIVO?

The start at NIVO is intentionally clear and personal.

After registration, you receive access to the NIVO app and arrange your Personal Setup. This first setup helps you use the club, the app and your training safely and with structure from the beginning.

What is the Personal Setup?

The Personal Setup is your personal entry point at NIVO. It is more than a classic equipment introduction.

It is about understanding you, your goals and your current starting point, then building a meaningful training start from there.

Can I get to know NIVO first?

Yes. A first appointment gives you the opportunity to experience the club calmly, understand the concept and ask your questions.

The goal is that you can decide whether NIVO is the right environment for you.

Membership & Value

What is included in the membership?

Membership includes access to the NIVO Club during training hours, use of all training areas, the NIVO app, premium strength and cardio equipment, mobility options and regular body checks for orientation and progress tracking.

Are there different membership options?

The quality and access remain the same. The difference is mainly the term and the level of flexibility you choose.

NIVO follows the principle: one club, one standard.

Why does NIVO work with advance payment options?

Many members consciously choose advance payment because it anchors training long term and creates commitment.

The idea is not pressure, but a clear framework for making training part of everyday life.

App, Access & Club Routine

How does access to the club work?

Access to NIVO is simple, secure and digital through the NIVO app.

The system checks your access authorisation and unlocks the door when your membership is active.

Where do I find my training plan?

Training plans are available directly in the NIVO app in the training or training plan area.

The app helps you orient yourself, follow your plan and keep your training structured.

Can I train independently?

Yes. NIVO is designed so you can train independently, calmly and with focus after your onboarding.

If you later need adjustments, advice or additional support, you can arrange it specifically.
